About the System
Bankers Asset Information Management (AIM) system provides our bank clients
and listing agents with a state-of-the-art, web based system for all facets of
reo asset management. The system enables our clients, agents and asset managers
to easily manage REO properties from acquisition through closing. Easier and
faster communication between all participants helps to significantly reduce
the number of days a property is in inventory.
For listing agents - Bankers Asset Information Management (AIM) system
immediately sends alerts of new property assignments, listings, recent sales
and items requiring immediate attention. Property file information is accessible
through the site.
For lenders - Client login offers quick view reports of property status.
Also area available to easily review and update the system regarding offers,
counter offers, repair bids and closing information.
AIM is simple to learn and easy to use. Users will be able to readily:
- Input property information
- Assign, receive and manage work orders
- Generate work lists and ad hoc reports
- Manage financial information
- Integrate with online systems
AIM will run in an existing network environment having the advantage of:

AIM is comprised of modules covering the management of REO from cradle to

Security & Reliability
The Bankers Asset Management Information System is hosted by the world's
largest web hosting company and leading provider of comprehensive, secure
Internet services. Several security systems are in place including virus
protection, strong passwords, permissions, firewall, SSL encryption, and
updates of regular software patches. Data is backed up on a regular basis
and disaster recovery plans are in place. Daily maintenance takes place and
any maintenance situation requiring an outage will be scheduled during low
traffic times, such as after midnight.
