We believe that while there are many brokers who hold themselves out as REO experts, asset management clients of Bankers benefit greatly from our national reputation and personal experience with local brokers and agents. Unlike some other national asset management companies, we know the value of the individual broker/agent and strongly believe this experience contributes greatly to the value proposition offered by Bankers.

Bankers is not a title company, nor are we driven, like many national REO outsourcers, to offer field services, property preservation or other ancillary services which dominate or color the outsourcer's performance or provide income streams which dictate vendor usage and business channeling. However, we have available and can utilize these services if requested.

The company enjoys a long and distinguished lineage first in local real estate and REO sales and then nationally as an REO outsource/Asset Management Company.

• In the 1970's Ann Ball's real estate career began. Formidable relationships were founded on integrity, loyalty and business savvy with many of the best REO brokers and agents across the country.
   
• Over 20 years of broker management experience developed into one of the broadest and strongest networks of over 10,000 seasoned REO professionals.
   
• Ann Ball Realtors opened first as a local real estate and REO sales company in Dallas, TX. Then Ball Asset Management grew to offer national REO outsource and asset management services.
   
• Ball Asset Management merged with Crye-Leike Asset Management in November 2003. The combination resulted in the perfect marriage of asset management expertise/know-how and the integrity and financial security offered by the 4th largest independent and privately held real estate brokerage in the nation.
